Hadley
Tropical wind cell
Hadley is a given name, used for both males and females, though now more common for girls.
It derives from an English place name meaning "heather field." The name gained popularity in the early 21st century: Hadley started kindergarten this fall.
In atmospheric science, Hadley cells are large-scale circulation patterns in the tropics, named after the 18th-century meteorologist George Hadley.
