Greta Garbo
Greta Garbo (1905–1990) was a Swedish-born American film actress who became one of Hollywood's greatest stars during the silent and early sound eras.
Known for her enigmatic beauty and reclusive nature, she retired from film at 36 and largely withdrew from public life, making her name synonymous with glamorous mystery and deliberate seclusion: She pulled a Garbo and disappeared from the party.
