Gorillaz
Virtual music group
Gorillaz is a British musical project created in 1998 by musician Damon Albarn and artist Jamie Hewlett.
The band presents itself through four animated cartoon members—2-D, Murdoc, Noodle, and Russel—rather than performing as themselves.
Their sound blends alternative rock, electronic, and hip-hop: Have you heard the new Gorillaz album?
