Evening Star
Historic newspaper title
Evening Star refers to Venus when it appears in the western sky after sunset, the brightest object in the night sky besides the moon.
The same planet appearing before dawn is the Morning Star.
The term extends poetically to anything that signals day's end or serves as a guiding light at twilight: She was the evening star of his later years.
