wind harp
Air-played string device
A wind harp is a stringed instrument that produces sound when air currents pass over its strings, creating ethereal, harmonic tones without human touch.
Also called an Aeolian harp, after Aeolus, the Greek god of wind.
The instrument has inspired poets as a symbol of nature's music and divine inspiration: The wind harp sang through the open window.
