Backyard pitching game
Wiffleball is a backyard variant of baseball played with a lightweight plastic ball perforated with holes and a thin plastic bat.
The holes make the ball curve unpredictably and limit how far it travels, allowing play in small spaces.
We played wiffleball in the driveway until dark.
Also spelled wiffle ball or Wiffle ball, after the trademark.
