wasabis
Green Japanese condiments
Wasabis is the plural of wasabi, a pungent Japanese condiment made from the grated root of the wasabi plant.
The pale green paste accompanies sushi and sashimi, delivering intense heat that clears the sinuses: She mixed wasabis into her soy sauce.
Much commercial "wasabi" is actually horseradish dyed green.
