walk-away
Simple, decisive departure
A walk-away is a situation or victory so decisive that you can simply leave without further effort: The game became a walk-away by the third quarter.
In negotiations, walk-away refers to the point at which you're prepared to abandon talks: Know your walk-away before entering any deal.
As an adjective, it describes something requiring no ongoing attention: a walk-away nuclear reactor that shuts itself down safely.
