unshod
Without any shoes
Unshod means not wearing shoes or horseshoes.
A horse that is unshod has no metal shoes nailed to its hooves.
For humans, unshod feet are bare: The children ran unshod through the grass.
The word is somewhat literary; barefoot is more common in everyday speech.
