unsaved
Lost if crashed
Unsaved describes something not yet saved—most commonly a computer file that exists only in memory and will be lost if the program closes: I lost an hour of work when the computer crashed with unsaved changes.
In religious contexts, unsaved refers to a person who has not accepted salvation or been spiritually redeemed: missionaries reaching the unsaved.
