triple header
Three consecutive contests
A triple header is three games or events played consecutively, typically on the same day at the same venue.
The term comes from baseball, where a doubleheader means two games back-to-back; a triple header extends this to three.
The format is rare in professional sports but appears in tournaments, minor leagues, or special occasions: The youth soccer tournament scheduled a triple header on the main field.
