townsfolks
Community's everyday people
Townsfolks is a variant of townsfolk—the people who live in a town, especially a small one.
The added -s is redundant since townsfolk is already plural, but townsfolks appears in casual speech and regional dialects: The townsfolks gathered at the church for the funeral.
