Reaches and feels

Toucheth is an archaic third-person singular form of touch, using the -eth ending that was standard in Early Modern English.

It appears primarily in the King James Bible and similar texts: Whoso toucheth you toucheth the apple of his eye.

The form survives only in deliberately archaic or liturgical contexts.
