Sewing machine adjustment
Thread tension is the tightness of thread as it feeds through a sewing machine or other stitching apparatus.
Proper tension keeps stitches even and secure; too tight pulls the fabric, too loose leaves loops.
Adjusting thread tension is fundamental to sewing: I had to increase the tension to stop the bobbin thread from showing on top.
