tart pan
Fluted baking dish
A tart pan is a shallow baking pan with fluted sides and a removable bottom, used to make tarts and quiches.
The fluted edges create the characteristic ridged crust, while the removable bottom allows the finished pastry to be lifted out cleanly for serving: She pressed the dough into the tart pan.
