tamable
Able to domesticate
Tamable describes something that can be domesticated, trained, or brought under control.
Wild animals may or may not be tamable depending on species and temperament: Wolves proved tamable; their descendants became dogs.
The word extends to abstract things: a tamable ego, tamable inflation.
