conditionable

Able to learn

Conditionable describes something that can be conditioned—made dependent on certain requirements, or shaped through training and reinforcement.

In psychology, a conditionable response is one that can be learned through repeated association: Some fears are more conditionable than others.

The word also applies to anything that can have conditions attached: The offer is conditionable on board approval.
