A talkaholic is someone who talks compulsively or excessively, unable to stop themselves from chattering.
The word playfully applies the -aholic suffix (from alcoholic) to suggest an addiction to conversation: My sister is a total talkaholic—she'll talk your ear off if you let her.
The tone is usually affectionate rather than harsh.
