synergetic
Working together productively
Synergetic describes things that work together to produce an effect greater than the sum of their parts.
The word functions as the adjective form of synergy: a synergetic relationship between the two companies, synergetic effects of combining the drugs.
Synergistic is more common in technical and business contexts, but synergetic carries the same meaning.
