Trading resistance boundary
A support level is a price point at which a falling stock or asset tends to stop declining and begin rising again, as buyers step in.
Technical analysts identify these floors from historical patterns: The stock bounced off its support level at $45 three times this year.
When prices break through support, it often signals further decline.
The opposite is resistance level.
