strength gains
Getting more powerful
Strength gains are increases in muscular strength achieved through training, typically measured by how much weight you can lift or how many repetitions you can perform.
The term is standard in fitness contexts: I've seen solid strength gains since I started deadlifting, Beginners often experience rapid strength gains in the first few months.
Gains may plateau as training advances, requiring program adjustments.
