spring riders
Mounted bouncing animals
Spring riders are playground equipment consisting of a seat mounted on a large coil spring anchored to the ground.
Children sit on the seat—often shaped like an animal, motorcycle, or other vehicle—and rock back and forth or side to side as the spring flexes beneath them.
Also called spring rockers or bouncy animals.
