A spinner rack is a freestanding rotating display fixture, typically holding merchandise on multiple tiers that customers can browse by spinning.
Most associated with comic books and paperback novels in drugstores and newsstands from the 1950s through 1980s: I discovered Spider-Man on a spinner rack at the corner store.
Also used for postcards, greeting cards, and small packaged goods.
