Slipped into drinks
Roofy is slang for Rohypnol, a powerful sedative notoriously used to incapacitate victims for sexual assault—a "date rape drug." The pill dissolves in drinks, and victims often have no memory of what happened.
As a verb, to roofy someone is to drug them this way: Someone roofied her drink at the party.
