ring lights
Halo-shaped filming aids
Ring lights are circular lighting fixtures used in photography and video to provide even, flattering illumination.
The ring shape surrounds the camera lens, eliminating harsh shadows and creating a distinctive circular reflection in subjects' eyes.
Originally professional equipment, ring lights became ubiquitous with the rise of selfies and video calls: She set up her ring light before the Zoom meeting.
