rescale
Change size proportionally
To rescale is to adjust something to a different scale or proportion.
The term appears most often in technical contexts—resizing images, adjusting data ranges in statistics, or modifying measurements: I had to rescale the graph to fit the page.
In computing and design, rescaling may preserve or distort proportions depending on the method used.
