redelegating
Transferring duties again
Redelegating is assigning a task or responsibility to someone else after it was previously delegated to you, or delegating something again after an earlier delegation was revoked or failed.
A manager redelegates work when the original assignee becomes unavailable: After Tom quit, she spent a week redelegating his projects to the rest of the team.
