recurved
Curved toward source
Recurved means curved backward or in the opposite direction from what's typical.
The term appears most often in technical contexts: recurved horns curve back toward an animal's body, recurved petals bend away from the flower's center, and a recurved bow has limbs that curve away from the archer when unstrung, storing more energy.
The fish hook's recurved barb prevents easy removal.
