recommissions
Puts back into operation
Recommissions means to commission again—to restore something to active service or operational status after it has been decommissioned or taken out of use.
Most often applied to military vessels, power plants, or equipment: The Navy recommissions a mothballed destroyer.
The term also applies to ordering new work from an artist or contractor after a previous commission ended.
