race book
Track wagering guide
A race book is a bookmaker's record of bets placed on horse races, or the establishment where such betting occurs.
In American casinos, the race book is the designated area for wagering on horse and greyhound racing: I spent the afternoon at the race book watching the Kentucky Derby.
The term also applies to publications listing horses, odds, and racing schedules.
