queue up

Wait your turn

Queue up means to join or form a line waiting for something, standard in British English where Americans would say "line up" or "get in line": We queued up for tickets outside the stadium.

In computing, to queue up tasks or files is to add them to a processing sequence: I queued up several videos to download overnight.
