cut in line
Skip your turn
To cut in line is to insert yourself into a queue ahead of people who were waiting before you, violating the implicit first-come-first-served rule: Some guy just cut in line right in front of me.
The phrase can extend to any situation where someone bypasses an established order to gain unfair advantage.
Also *cut in queue* (British) or simply *cut*.
