puppy pose
Arms-extended child's pose
Puppy pose is a yoga position combining elements of child's pose and downward dog.
The practitioner kneels with hips raised above the knees while walking the hands forward, lowering the chest and forehead toward the floor.
The pose stretches the spine, shoulders, and arms: Hold puppy pose for five breaths to open up your upper back.
