punchballs
Boxing practice spheres
Punchballs are small inflatable balls attached to an elastic cord or platform, used for boxing practice or as a toy.
The ball rebounds when struck, training hand-eye coordination and rhythm: He spent twenty minutes on the punchball before his workout.
In British usage, punchball can also refer to a playground game similar to baseball played with fists instead of a bat.
