peep show
Adult viewing booth
A peep show is an exhibition viewed through a small opening, traditionally a coin-operated box containing pictures or a short film.
The term now most commonly refers to an adult entertainment venue where a customer watches a live performer, usually a stripper, through a window in a private booth.
By extension, peep show can describe any voyeuristic glimpse into something normally hidden: The documentary was a peep show into celebrity excess.
