peace march
Nonviolent street protest
A peace march is a public demonstration in which participants walk together to protest war or advocate for peaceful resolution of conflict.
Peace marches became prominent during the Vietnam War era and remain a common form of antiwar activism: Thousands joined the peace march through downtown.
