overhead pass
Two-handed court throw
An overhead pass is a throw made with both hands from above or behind the head, used in basketball, soccer, and other sports.
It allows players to pass over defenders or throw in from the sidelines: She threw a quick overhead pass to the open teammate.
The motion provides power and elevation for longer distances.
