outflux
Mass departure movement
Outflux is the flowing out of something, the opposite of influx.
It typically describes the movement of people, resources, or substances away from a particular place or system.
The outflux of skilled workers has hurt the local economy.
The word appears most often in scientific and technical contexts, describing the outward flow of particles, energy, or fluids, though it also applies to population movements and capital flight.
