oleophobic
Resistant to grease
Oleophobic means oil-repelling.
The term appears most often in descriptions of screen coatings on smartphones and tablets, where an oleophobic layer resists fingerprints and smudges: The oleophobic coating wore off after a year of use.
The opposite is oleophilic, meaning oil-attracting.
