blue light filter
Display warmth setting
A blue light filter reduces the amount of blue light emitted by a screen.
Blue light is thought to disrupt sleep patterns, so many devices offer a filter or "night mode" that shifts the display toward warmer, yellower tones: I turn on the blue light filter after sunset.
Some glasses also incorporate blue light filtering.
