offloader
One who delegates
An offloader is a person or thing that transfers burden elsewhere.
Workers who unload cargo from ships or trucks are offloaders.
In computing, an offloader handles tasks delegated from a main processor.
More generally, anyone who passes responsibilities or problems to others: He's an offloader—never deals with his own messes.
