off-time

Away from work

Off-time refers to periods when someone is not working or when something is not in operation—the opposite of on-time or active hours: I try not to check email during my off-time.

In music, off-time means playing out of sync with the established rhythm or beat, whether intentionally for effect or as a mistake: The drummer was slightly off-time during the bridge.
