non-judgment

Withholding all criticism

Non-judgment is the practice of observing without evaluating as good or bad.

Common in meditation and therapy contexts, it means accepting thoughts, feelings, or situations as they are rather than labeling them: The therapist listened with non-judgment.

Often hyphenated, though nonjudgment appears too.

The related adjective is non-judgmental.
