nitrogenated
Bubbled with gas
Nitrogenated means infused or treated with nitrogen gas.
The term appears most often with beverages: nitrogenated coffee and nitrogenated beer have nitrogen dissolved in them, producing a smoother, creamier texture and a cascading effect when poured.
Nitrogenated drinks differ from carbonated ones, which use carbon dioxide.
