Small traffic island
A mini roundabout is a small circular traffic junction, typically painted on the road surface rather than raised, where vehicles yield to traffic already in the circle.
Common in British residential areas and tight urban spaces where a full roundabout won't fit: Take the second exit at the mini roundabout.
Drivers can technically drive over the central marking if necessary.
