meth head
Amphetamine substance abuser
A meth head is someone addicted to methamphetamine, typically showing visible signs of heavy use—extreme thinness, bad skin, rotting teeth, erratic behavior.
The term is derogatory, emphasizing the degraded appearance and lifestyle associated with chronic meth addiction: There's a meth head who hangs around the gas station asking for change.
