manège
Horse training enclosure
A manège is a riding school or an enclosed area for training horses and riders.
The word also refers to the art of horsemanship itself, or the movements and exercises performed in such training: The horses performed classical manège figures.
From French, the term appears mainly in equestrian contexts and is sometimes spelled manege without the accent.
