mahi mahi
Hawaiian menu fish
Mahi mahi is a large, brightly colored fish found in warm ocean waters, popular as food for its firm, mild-flavored flesh.
The name comes from Hawaiian, where it means "strong strong." Also called dolphinfish—though unrelated to dolphins, which are mammals.
We ordered the grilled mahi mahi with mango salsa.
