judge not

Withhold your condemnation

Judge not is a biblical injunction against condemning others, from the fuller phrase "judge not, lest ye be judged." Used as a reminder to withhold criticism or moral condemnation: Judge not—you don't know what she's been through.

The phrase carries religious overtones but appears in secular contexts as a call for tolerance or humility about one's own flaws.
