judgmental
Quick to criticize
Judgmental describes someone inclined to make harsh or critical evaluations of others, often based on personal standards of right and wrong: Don't be so judgmental—you don't know what she's been through.
The word implies excessive or unfair criticism rather than reasoned assessment.
Less commonly, judgmental relates neutrally to judgment or the capacity for it: judgmental errors, judgmental skills.
